HMW Phase 1 Construction Complete

Galan Lithium has achieved a major milestone with the completion of Phase 1 construction at Hombre Muerto West, signalling imminent lithium chloride production and first cash flow in 2026.

<ul><li>Phase 1 construction at Hombre Muerto West (HMW) complete; project transitions to commissioning.</li><li>Initial production to start at 4,000 tpa lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE), with expansion to 5,200 tpa LCE planned.</li><li>All major processing infrastructure, including nanofiltration plant, installed and operational.</li><li>Substantial brine inventory (approx. 10,000 t LCE) ready for processing by end of April 2026.</li><li>First lithium chloride concentrate targeted for H1 2026; first shipment expected in H2 2026.</li><li>HMW positioned for staged production growth over four phases, up to 60 ktpa LCE, with ongoing regulatory and cost advantage via RIGI incentive.</li></ul>
